Cancellation conditions & Personal Data Protection

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

All the cancellations have to be sent in writing to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o, Andrija Hebrang Street 34, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia
Cancellations before July 15, 2023 – full refund of paid registration fee and / or accomodation, only handling fee of 24,00 € will be charged.
Cancellations between July 15 and August 31, 2023  – a refund of 50% of piad registration fee and / or accomodation + handling feee 24,00 € will be charged.
Cancellations from September 01, 2023– no refund.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

• Payment should be done in advance, on the account of agency Spektar putovanja d.o.o.
• Bank transfer  - bank transfer payment should be made payble to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o. The participant's full name and the Reference number 0013/003/2023 should be included with the payment.

• Credit card offline: American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard  
  For the credit card offline payment, please download the authorization form, which, after filled in, should be send by mail or fax to the technical organizer Spektar putovanja.
• Credit card online:American Express, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
  For the credit card online payment you will be redirected to the protected and secured (encrypted) T-com PayWay web page, to finalise your payment.

  Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00
  Saturday 09:00-12:00
