The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
Croatian VAT: 25%
Spektar putovanja (tehnical organizer of CWW2023) is registered for VAT in Croatia under the VAT number HR39672837472.
It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT. The revers charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible to receive an invoice without local VAT.
Registration fees include participation in the:
- Scientific programme and information market
- Conference materials
- Welcome reception on Monday (18 September 2023)
- Conference dinner on Tuesday (19 September 2023)
- Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (19-21 September 2023)
- Coffee breaks
- Excursion to nearby wind farms on Wednesday (20 September 2023) sponsored by Professio Energija and Acciona Energia (limited number)
- Access to all recordings after the conference
- Virtual networking through the conference app
Reduced fees apply for:
- NGOs/charity
- Students BSc/MSc/PhD (proof of student status will need to be presented on request after registration)
- Participants from lower income European countries as listed here
- Participants from outside Europe, from countries listed within low, lower middle and upper middle income classes based on the World Bank classification
PLEASE NOTE: The number of participants with a reduced fee is limited to 100 and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once this number is reached, all participants will have to pay the regular registration fee, so early registration is advisable.
Day pass conference ticket includes:
- One day of your choice to attend the conference
- Conference program for the selected day, including coffee breaks, lunch, and conference materials
- The day pass excludes the conference dinner and side events
Online access conference ticket includes:
- Live streaming of all sessions, panels, and keynotes (workshops excluded)
- Participation in the Q&A segments of the sessions
- Access to all recordings after the conference
- Virtual networking through the conference app
If you do not select accommodation upon registration, supplement to registration fee in the amount of 120.00 EUR will be added to the total amount. Supplement to registration fee is required for people who do not use hotel accommodation and refers to coffee breaks and working lunches.
ACCOMMODATION
To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at CWW2023, we suggest staying at one of the Amadria Park hotels, located on the conference site, as this choice guarantees both comfort and easy access to all event activities, along with valuable networking opportunities with fellow attendees.
We have made arrangements for special hotel prices exclusively for conference attendees. Please be aware that there is a limited number of rooms available at these special rates and some have already been sold out! To provide you with flexibility, we offer the option to initially reserve your hotel rooms for the conference dates (18-22 September) and make modifications later if necessary, without affecting the agreed-upon pricing.
