Information on your arrivals and departures by flight to either Split or Zadar airport is currently being collected from the registration forms for the Conference.
Individually booked airport transfers during the tourist season in Croatia can be extremely costly, thus the information collected until August 25th will be used to determine and organize transfers between the airports and the conference venue (Amadria Park Šibenik) as cost-efficiently as possible.
For example, participants arriving on the same flight will be grouped to the same transfer times and vehicles which will minimize the cost of the transfer per person.
On September 1st, participants will receive the transfer schedule containing transfer times and vehicles, the cost per transfer (on arrival and departure), and a credit card authorization form.
Upon receiving the schedule, the participant must confirm the transfer booking via e-mail, and make the payment by completing and sending in the credit card authorization form.
In the event that you do not know the flight number when registering, please send us the flight details by mail (contact e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org ) as soon as your flight is booked.
