If you do not select accommodation, supplement to registration fee in the amount of 120.00 EUR will be added to the total amount. Supplement to registration fee is required for people who do not use hotel accommodation and refers to coffee breaks and working lunches.

You have selected sharing the room with the unknown person. The technical organizer will assign you another person that showed interest in sharing the room. Total accommodation amount is divided into half. If the other person is not found, you will be obligatory to make the addittional payment for the single use.
Please provide your flight schedule (arrival and departure) for the logistic organization onsite. If you don't know them yet, contact us with the same information later.
